Maintain

So far, 4 key things have been discussed. These things are Choosing your product/service to offer, getting a suitable platform to showcase it, the business outlook that you want to portray and also things that you can do to promote your online store. However, in this online business industry, I have seen and noticed many new online shop come and go. Thus, are a few things that you need to take note in order for your business to keep going and growing.

Firstly, it would definitely be HARD WORK. Do things wholeheartedly and do not stop half way. That is the key to future success. Set your mind in doing it and do your best. PERSEVERE even though you don't see any result in the first few weeks or months. The hardest things about doing any business is starting up. Once you get your online store up, you just need to keep maintaining it and updating it. 

Secondly, even if you get tired or bored of your business, employ someone to take over and do it. It might be hard and a waste of money to employ someone, so you might just get your brother, sisters or best friend to help you out. If it is easier for you, do a timetable or schedule for your business. Set a side at least 30 minutes or 1 hour a day to look through your business and update it. See how you can improve. Compare your product/service with others and see what yours are lacking. 

Thirdly, if you already doing alright for your online shop business, DO NOT straight away jump into real physical shop. Get more experience doing online shop first and get enough money before you do so. For me, I am still sticking to online shop only.

Fourthly, it might be tiring if you are handling your business alone. So, why not rope in a few friends to help you out or even a business partner to work with you. This would be interesting. You can be a BOSS! :)

Lastly, if your business is doing great, try to get appearance in magazines etc as this could really boost your business profile. Or pay to feature your online business in the newspaper. It would'nt hurt to spend some money if your business is doing great.

Aside from that, if you are still lost and do not know what to sell online, I have a list of wholesale suppliers of products that you can see and perhaps use. It comes with a small price though. But trust me, I have done a lot, plenty and a huge amount of effort in compiling them. There are a total number of 10 suppliers from around the world. Actually having just 1 is great enough. But, having 10 is simply FABULOUS!
